The PresenceID management team includes several seasoned security, identity management, network, data warehousing, consulting and legal veterans:
David Doane - President & CEO - Mr. Doane drives corporate vision and business development. He brings more than 24 years of executive marketing and sales, product and project management, consulting, and technology experience in identity management, consulting services, Internet, network, data warehouse, and storage technologies. He has served in domestic and international executive roles at Novell, Starbase (acquired by Borland), Quarterdeck (acquired by Symantec), and provided strategic vision and direction to Zions Bank, JVC, Compaq (acquired by HP), Adobe and many technology funding, startup, and professional services firms.
Ronald Poulton - General Counsel - Mr. Poulton drives business and legal operations. He founded the law firm of Poulton & Yordan, over 28 years ago in Salt Lake City, Utah and has extensive experience advising emerging market clients in corporate and securities law matters.
Basil Maloney - Vice President of Marketing - Mr. Maloney drives marketing strategy, materials, customer acquisition, partner programs and public relations. He brings more than 20 years of domestic and international experience in branding, strategy, marketing, direct and partner channel sales, product management and public relations of enterprise security, network, application development and communications software, appliances and services. Prior to PresenceID he was Director of Marketing at St Bernard Software, a global provider of security solutions including Internet and email filtering appliances and managed services, patch management and data backup. Under his leadership it became the leader in worldwide Web-filtering appliance revenue (IDC 9/05) and completed a merger to become a public company. He has also held the senior-level marketing positions at companies including Preventsys (acquired by McAfee), eEye Digital Security, Starbase (acquired by Borland), Magic Software Enterprises and more.
